Allow your mind to settle into the quiet around you.

Release all harsh thoughts,

and breathe in a pace comfortable to you.

Breathing in through your nose

In our life, we are all longing for intimacy.

Whether it’s a life partner with whom we share our daily lives,

or a friend who knows us inside and out. 

But if we never reveal who we really are, 

Intimacy eludes us.

We have to be willing to open ourselves up 

In order for love to enter our lives.

so we may build bridges of relationships with others.
