On today’s show Catt and one of her dear friends dig into a very real and open discussion about divorce, dating, and sex at midlife. It is all too common when women in their forties and fifties post-divorce wake up and think, “Who am I?” “How do I find love again?” “How am I intimate with someone after all these years?” “What do I want to do with my life now that my kids are grown?” “How do I discover my new purpose as this version of myself?”

Quite courageously, Trudy Montoya comes on the show to share her personal story of building a family for decades only for it to come crashing down when she was only a shell of former herself. After finally choosing to walk away from her marriage, and ultimately choose her own happiness, she reveals what it is like out in the dating world at 52-years-young, how the apps are flat-out wild, how most men are non-committal, and how navigating this new lease on life has its challenges but certainly tons of rewards as well. How relatable!
