And Jim is a physical security specialist, providing the security for dignitary visits to Seattle, including Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. He was formidable in tailoring democratic policing training material to the political environment in the assigned country.  Currently, Jim is the Executive Director of Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound, a non-profit organization that encourages members of the community to assist local law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime  Jim Van Allen is a Certified Profiler and experienced Threat and Risk Assessment Specialist.  He has over 31 years of experience in law enforcement and investigations, with the Ontario Provincial Police, 15 of which were spent as the Manager of the OPP Criminal Profiling Unit.  Dr. Makayla Saramosing is the owner of the largest Oklahoma-owned private investigation and process serving company. She is a licensed process server, private investigator, a notary public.
