Breathe in sweet air,

Let it fill your whole being,

Relax and indulge.

It’s your time,

And taking this time 

is freeing.

PAUSE

Keep breathing, and take a moment,

to gently stretch your body,

Visualize it opening up,

Releasing tension,

so your muscles loosen 

and are no longer knotty.

PAUSE

There are times in life

when challenges are rough.

That’s the time in life

to open up, and find the fluff.

PAUSE

When you think of fluff,

It’s easy to see

marshmallows, clouds, pillows,

And cotton candy.

PAUSE

But fluff in your life is really your comfort zone,

Where you rejuvenate,

invigorate,

And feel special alone.

It’s your time to invest in you–

Letting go of your troubles,

And feeling anew.

PAUSE

So, imagine the rough spots

that zap your energy and time.

Breathe and throw a little fluff on them,

and feel yourself unwind.

PAUSE

So, imagine tension unspooling,

Like cotton candy so pink.

And your headache melting into pillows,

Where you let yourself sink.

PAUSE

And feel fluffy feathers,

Lift you up high.

On those days when your hard on yourself,

And you don’t know why.

PAUSE

Know your fluff can soften rough days,

And ease falls on the hard ones.

Just remember your fluff loves you,

And will always come.

For your fluff floats 

all around you,

Like a cushion so soft

It will protect and surround you,

And bring you peace…a lot!
