Find a quiet spot

to let your body

and mind

relax.

PAUSE

As you relax,

draw in a deep breath,

a breath that reaches

all parts of you,

even the smallest corners

or cavities.

PAUSE

Keep breathing.

And, as you do,

visualize a dazzling green light

swirling in and about

your chest.

PAUSE

Now, imagine, if you can,

reaching out and touching

the swirling green light

and feeling a host of 

beautiful emotions.

Love, kindness, caring

all move you.

You have touched

the essence of 

your heart chakra.

PAUSE

Now, draw in a deep breath,

and as you do,

notice the love you feel

from the heart chakra.

Take your hand

and place it on your chest.

Feel the beat of your heart.

Feel its loving power.

PAUSE

Pause for a moment,

and allow yourself 

to become aware 

of how the beautiful

green energy of the heart chakra

also flows in and out of the lungs.

Each breath you take,

each beat of your heart,

all grow the reach of heart chakra.

Let the energy flow.

Embrace its loving power.

PAUSE

Take another deep breath,

and acknowledge the beauty

of the love that is you

in your heart chakra.

Acknowledge your appreciation 

for this powerful energy.

Now, breathe gratitude into the

heart chakra,

your beautiful source of love.

PAUSE

As you continue breathing 

into your heart chakra,

you’re ready to move into your day

with the energy of love and caring

for yourself and all those around you.
