Take in a welcoming breath,

one that connects you 

with the dawning 

of a new day.

PAUSE

Breathe in again,

letting the air,

open you

to the present moment.

Bask in it.

PAUSE

Life is full of flavors.

You are full of flavors.

And when you feel

strong and confident,

witty and empowered,

smart and sassy,

you add a little spice

to life.

PAUSE

So, take another breath,

draw it in slowly,

and feel it energizing you

from head to toe.

PAUSE

Now, take a moment,

and visualize your day.

See yourself sauntering 

through it.

See yourself flashing smiles

as you walk down the street.

See yourself making witty jokes

at work.

And see yourself feeling

confident and empowered.

Stay with those images.

Hold onto that energy.

PAUSE

Now, breathe in again,

And as you do,

Imagine your favorite food dish.

See it.

Smell it.

Taste it.

Now, see yourself as the secret spice

that adds the kick to the dish!

PAUSE

Hold onto your power.

Hold onto your confidence.

Hold onto your spice.
